Being US MNC, they like to move fast which is great. Salary structure and compensation is best in industry. If possible, every individual would like to work there.

Dislikes

Very little job security & Very high work pressure but I personally enjoyed working for ITT because I was one of the founder members for India plant. Sometimes unprofessional people have spoiled the business & passionate people left the nice organisation out of frustration.
