They promise a certain salary but don’t provide it after joining, and they talk about promotions, but nothing happens. Even after a year of joining, their management system doesn’t work. The HR is uneducated, and the entire management team lacks proper education. All they care about is money, and they don't think about employee welfare at all.

You'll never know whn they'll terminate you. On time salary is a dream here... you'll never get a official confirmation about salary delay.. they assume that they are giving free money... worst atmosphere to work. They just treat you like working machines even if you work there for 10+ yrs.. gratitude is not even there in their dictionary.

It’s a new Format. Whole new product sector. Hobby and craft is one unexplored sector in India hence there is a lot of potential.

Job security is not very appropriate. No Sick leaves till a year. I had to pay for my covid leaves.

There is only one store in the entire state, the staff is less but the company is not making new hires, it is only concerned with sales.
