They don't have any back to provide the salary on time, because I was working in LTI that time LTI had some migration process yet to complete but that time they hold the salary due to migration but that time IT source don't have any back to give the salary to the employees.

...e, create nuisance, have toxic environment rather people working here are toxic. Just dont join here else your life will be big mess for which they anyways won't pay you. So decide.

Never, it's very pathetic company.I worked more then 3years. They are not debiting my pf and income tax amount to government portal.

They are not given properly salary, you will do full time per month you will get 8,000 instead of 19,000.worst management. They didn’t give my one month salary, they will only give you illegal termination mail. I recommended all recruiters don’t join this organisation. They don’t have revenue as such, Hr name-Vijaya,Harika,Jaya all are working on genpact and lti mindtree.

... technology as network support Engineer. But i resigned my job in January 2022 . But I didn't get my experience and leaving certificate, one and half month salary , pf , incentives for 6 months Nothing ... All fraud ... Nobody response
