I had given 3 rounds(2 Technical and 1 with Onsite)..Finally after shared the salary slips they are saying we can match your current salary and we have WFH and insurance policy benefits. earlier before giving interview they agreed as give 20-30% hike and we have open budget then clearing all the rounds they told, we can match your current pkg and decisions is up to you. Doing full time pass with candidate. Interview Scheduled and handled by : JAY SHETH

It's good for beginners. Those are searching job for long time. If I am taking about skill it's should be good . Traveling​ is easy no matter how long it is. There is one good thing is that there is no politics. Work environment is not to good.

Dislikes

There is lots of disadvantages .We talk some point on that . First there no salary + skill growth at any time . We work on Same​ project. Same work. And one thing is that's there is no life in this field.
