Expect to be tethered to your desk with little regard for personal time or boundaries. The company seems to have no appreciation for the importance of a healthy work-life balance. It's shocking that a company in this day and age doesn't provide basic benefits like Provident Fund or health insurance. This shows a complete lack of consideration for employees' well-being.
