Nothing to like nothing good to like total poor leadership

Dislikes

A poor and bad leadership, Fake promises, delayed salary, around 15 to 20 days delayed salary, too much work load, leave without pay, no holidays, no vacation working on holidays. No vacation. 365 days working. HR is totally fake personality , fake HR policy, Gratuity is promised but anyhow u will be out of university politics to save gratuity pay, cost cutting every time and staff forced to resign.

Salary delay Mis management at the top level in the campus Burdensome job duties No work life balance Frequently removing staff for small small reason provost No balance in academic and administrative work and examination department duties In one time many duties Very poor management by provost Anil Kumar Politics by provost for harrasment for staff members University is Not good for good people Partiality by provost Anil Kumar Threatful toxic top leaders of the internal University Lack of coordination and cooperation by top management Worst to worst top management politics and policies

Work culture and staff behaviour is very good, not at all a problem

Dislikes

The most and important part is Salary where Itm Failed like anything. They have a record to hold or gap in salary of 2-3 months constantly for whole ITM STAFF.

Likes

HR gives you several promises before joining but once you join they start showing their true colours. Higher authorities prefer persons with no knowledge so that their inefficiency should not be revealed

Dislikes

Salary delay, job insecurity, remote location, no communication, poor infrastructure, no accommodation, higher authorities often misbehaves, very unorganized, toxic work environment, no independence decision.
