Since 4 month staff not get their salary , COO said they will release in next month by 15 Appraisal promotion is worst 3% increments that too 5 month late Worst HR system in the world in ITM no support from HR every time HR harassed for Dress , Tea time and useless thing . Top Management not aware the harassment level you can not take your own leave

First thing they never provide salary on time.usually hold more than 3 to 4 months. Nobody knows when salary will come in this company. Most of the time they will assign work you on holiday. Poor leadership and management. Extra working hours. TRY to find different organisations if you looking for to join

...the chosen few that promote s favoritism and improfessionalism to another level. Also since their pay scales are abysmal they only attract mediocre talent top downwards.
