Very poor atmosphere, every time demotivated to employee , not trusting to provide noc to employee who don't want to continue with them, overall very poor professionalism

Recently I resigned my job, Sate head forced to me. At that my mother having health issue. My business is poor in April month. I am asking my Relieving letter. But state head told to me don't give Relieving letter . His name is Mr.Simhadri. Don't asked go to consumer court file a case this type of words speaking with me.

I DON'T LIKE THIS ORGANIZATION WORKING TIMMING AND WORKING MANAGMENT AT LOCAL LAVEL , I HAVE A TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED FOR THIS JOB. No any output given to employee as per the do work by empoyee.
