...r 3 clients, which is a major drawback for the resources who will be on bench. Compensation is average. No Proper Management and No HR standards will be followed at cmpany. Untill you are n project you can be in all standard policies, once u r out of project all the game starts from local management and individual HR polices will changes based on your profile.

I have worked with one of the best team in my career in ITI Data. Highly knowledgeable people.

Dislikes

Old good employees have left the organisation. New one' s try to micro manage. Less opportunities in terms of project rotation. Had good project work in ab Initio but no opportunity to learn and work in new technologies.

Good relationship with Ab Initio. The only work comes to the company via Doug Housman from Ab Initio.

Dislikes

Management is disconnected. No people skills. Tons of politics and all decisions go to owner. Its basically just a body shop now with 2-3 clients.

Everything is good about ITI. Employee satisfaction to work balance. Managers are good. No headache of taking leaves as soon as you finish your work. Overall it is a good experience.

it will take some time in project assignment.
