I am working in this company from last 3.7 years, in this i have learned lot about technical skills managing and updating in our IT industry. The company policy and management was good at inital stage and i am following strict rules and regulations formatted by the company.

Dislikes

For managing and updating testing skills was good at iThink Technologies but comes to the compensation, company is not increasing my more compensation and even my salary is also very less, not increasing my salary for high

Job security, work culture, company management and company policies are very much interested to learn for freshers after getting experience we should move on to the next level of Company's growth

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
