There is nothing likeable in this company, it feels like a circus !!! Owner is only making fool of employees and filling his pocket. No work culture is there.

...d not a direct part of alibaba. They fool job seekers and freshers from college. The salary they provide is below market standards and HR here is useless, they both only know how to talk behind every employee to owner and demotivate everyone. I have never faced such partiality, owner does not care about employee well being, he will only brag about profit and not give salary as per commitment during hiring. He is just making his own bank balance and bragging to everyone. I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants to do good in career. They hire people on US profile and brag, there is not even 1% of work ethic of Alibaba !!

Seniors were supportive especially my team leader..was able to learn a lot of things. Fixed office hours.

...y would hire you full time but you would be treated as contract based employees.Salary is average. For freshers and experienced for sales people salary budget is same...for office job and field job... salary budget is same...people who don't work and are sitting idle whole day are sitting in the company and people who worked are outside...they don't value their employees effort...ceo will brag about employees being a part of itech family but is himself responsible to downsize employees.

...s place is playing with freshers career, they hired me through campus placement. During placement drive they say salary will be 25-30k but in hand it comes to be 13-15k only, they justify that rest is incentive based. When a new employee will not have sale for at least 2-4 months. Also they pressurize you to have a laptop and bike, when we are completing MBA on loans, how do they expect people to have bike. No reimbursement is given for petrol. There is so much pressure on sales people, HR is very biased, they only care about hiring, no attention is given after that. When everyone else leaves at 6 PM, sales people are forced to stay till 8PM as if we don’t have any personal life. They will taunt you if you do not give them sale, there is no proper training given. Also they keep your CTC so low so that you dont get good offer outside. They will ask you to come to office even if you are not well, because all that matters to them is money.

...nd 6.15 they raise eyebrows. No work life balance . even saturday's are working. Talking about salary they are living in oldage salary structure, for a fresher salary bracket is too low, no one can join in such bracket, and experienced person they can't afford. Only suggestion to management is, create work life balance for employee's they have a life outside office too. And increase salary bracket.

Specialy for ahmedabad branch treat very badly to their employee, there is no conformation about ur Salary in month end. They stoped my salary & did not pay till day. They change many employee just becouse they does not value their employee & i have proof for not paying salary
