Company having diverse portfolio in terms of projects, job security for permanent people is good and salary on time. ITD Cem provides on job trainings. Salary above Assistant Manager level is good. Matches of cricket arrange by corporate and sites.

... posts is very less although my background is engineering, promotion comes late. Salary is average and growth is slow. Frequent transfer within country in cities or villages, No family life or me time.

ITD is a traditional company with a culture, company maintain a systematic pay scale and do take care of the pay date, mostly there aren't any delays in pay payment dates.

Career growth is slow and mostly don't have a work - life balance, innovation and new ideas are not welcomed in ITD

...agement is transparent There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...needs. Feel that the Company stands by the people in personal difficult times. Compensation is not really best in industry, but near the top of charts. Appraisal is mostly based on personal relations and satisfaction of the superior persons. The process of documentation of the same, though officially existing, is not very strictly followed.

The internal documentation is not in place. It is very hard to find anything related to HR and admin in one place. There is no in-house website or central server space with all documentation. For travel, the allowances are pretty low. In most of the cases it is needed to get special approvals for hotel/fooding etc. And as per knowledge, the allowance slabs are not revised since 2000 !!

First thing You will not get value in Site , and Secondly Project Based Local Admin will give you problem , Thirdly you will not get Extra Life , It is actually 14 hrs duty not 12 hrs duty on site. As a GET I am Telling please Don’t Join ITD Cementation. Specially Don’t join DIV-3.
