ITD Cementation is an excellent company to work at. At this crisis situation also, where almost all big shots of this industry have gone for salary hold/reduction, staff release, ITD is being very consistent. Paying salary on 30th every month, shall implement the appraisal for non-covenanted staff next month.

Site HR/Admin needs to be more rational and responsibility focussed

Good Senior Managers and they help you to solve the problems in work. The work culture is not very intense hence it becomes easy to adjust for new joiner.

Compensation is at par industry standard but when compared to other industries it is very low.

...agement is transparent There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...needs. Feel that the Company stands by the people in personal difficult times. Compensation is not really best in industry, but near the top of charts. Appraisal is mostly based on personal relations and satisfaction of the superior persons. The process of documentation of the same, though officially existing, is not very strictly followed.

The internal documentation is not in place. It is very hard to find anything related to HR and admin in one place. There is no in-house website or central server space with all documentation. For travel, the allowances are pretty low. In most of the cases it is needed to get special approvals for hotel/fooding etc. And as per knowledge, the allowance slabs are not revised since 2000 !!

First thing You will not get value in Site , and Secondly Project Based Local Admin will give you problem , Thirdly you will not get Extra Life , It is actually 14 hrs duty not 12 hrs duty on site. As a GET I am Telling please Don’t Join ITD Cementation. Specially Don’t join DIV-3.
