No clear company rules or proper management. Salary is not paid on time. HR policies are incomplete and unclear. Confusion between ITCG Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and ITCG Technologies LLP during the joining process. No mediclaim or insurance policy for employees. Leave policies are poorly structured. Employees do not receive sufficient benefits, mediclaim and insurance policy. Directors and management interfere in departments unnecessarily, creating issues. Designations are changed randomly by management without proper reason. Lunch are problematic, with food chosen by management. Staff is treated poorly, with housekeeping given more importance. No purified drinking water or proper toilet facilities. Overall, no job security—employees can be terminated anytime.

ITCG Solution Pvt. Ltd. provided a good learning experience. especially in handling real-world network security challenges and working with different firewall solutions. However, from a career growth and organizational structure perspective, LLP setup has its limitations, which influenced my decision to explore other opportunities.

Kindly Note: ITCG operates under two entities: ITCG Solutions Private Limited in Gujurat and ITCG Technology LLP in Maharashtra.each managed by the different directors.Based on my experience, I would recommend you join ITCG Solutions Private Limited in Gujurat, as the management, learning, and work culture there are more supportive. The senior engineers provide strong guidance, and the team is always ready to assist in challenging situations. On the other end, the work environment at the ITCG Technology LLP in Maharashtra has been less structured. Frequent changes in roles and responsibilities, along with internal politics, create challenges for employees. Leadership decisions often seem inconsistent, impacting the organization's growth. Additionally, the high-pressure approach towards sales targets, along with a lack of strategic direction, affects employee morale. The work culture has been negatively affected by internal conflicts and personal matters interfering with professional operations. Overall, a structured and employee-centric approach could improve the work culture and stability at the Maharashtra office.

There are many Cons about ITCG Technologies LLP. First thing to know ITCG Solutions and ITCG Technologies are two different entities, dont get fooled by joining in name of ITCG. Worst management. Higher level management can change policy at any time, if they are not satisfied with your work, you will be thrown out from company at any point. HR Policies, In front of Higher Management HR cant do anything, they cancel holidays on their own. Appraisal and Increment. Increment is not given on time you have to wait 3-5 months after Financial year ending. If you get increment it will be very less. Work Culture. There is no work culture at all you will be shifted to any department if you are not performing well. You will be forced to work other than your designation. No proper trainings are provided respected to your work. Poor communication between all departments. No Job Security, you cant decide your last working day No growth at all. Strict work timings
