Although this company gives you peanut in the name of salary, but TE (Travel expense) makes your salary double. TE would be helpful only if you are posted in one place and not need to night stay in hotels. You can claim appx. 1300/- per working day as your TE

I have never seen such worst culture, I don't know how manager level people feels, but I as a sales trainee and now a sales officer feels humiliated everyday. I am literally doing a job that a ordinary graduate does, I have no idea why they have recruit an MBA for this role. Posted in a rural area, no interaction with managers, no peer learning. I won't blame the company, but this role (sales trainee, sales officer, area executive) is definitely not for a MBA graduate. They also recruit for Area manager trainee, that's the best place for a MBA

...nd develop one's knowledge and skills.support from superiors are always present. salary and incentive wise satisfaction is there if joined as a fresher.

work pressure is too high. travelling has to done.timely follow up and discussions need to be done with freshers since most of the freshers dont understand their actual job role

Salary is considerably competitive

Dislikes

Work life balance is terrible. You leaving on time, top management takes it in a manner that you dont have enough work. Late nights are a normal especially for senior management. Appraisals are seriously affected by this.
