Salary packages are usually always the best in the industry. Amazing job security and very timely disbursement of salaries Constantly looking for ways to develop employees intellectually and academically

Work culture- people in the system for years are at higher levels and there is a toxic culture. They expect you to keep working sometimes ruthlessly even on holidays.

Work life balance is terrible. You leaving on time, top management takes it in a manner that you dont have enough work. Late nights are a normal especially for senior management. Appraisals are seriously affected by this.

ITC Limited has very robust processes and standards which act as guard rails for the organization

Dislikes

Over a period of time remuneration is very low as compared to market. Around 8-10 years back company was a pay master, this has significantly affected the quality of work force, standards and services. Work life balance and with time culture of caring and considering employees as assets is is also missing.

Just Brand name.

Dislikes

CTC and actually in-hand salary has very large gap 30-40%. They pay TA DA but included in CTC. Always have to be on field. Only suitable for those interested in FMCG job always on field. Not for weak hearted.

ITC one of best compony to work with , Only getting promotion from front line to managerial level is tough after 1st promotion as a manager become easy for next level ,

Salary is less as per A grad company and promotion is also a big concern for front line employees!
