Only thing that is good about ITC is Job security. You'll get salary on time, some times even in advance.

Dislikes

3 month notice period without buyout or negotiation is the worst part of it. 1 year probation without leaves. Salary hikes are in pennies. New salary after hike comes into effective in the month of October or November and without arrears. If your joining position is above assistant manager. Its ok, you may enjoy the job

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Not a great company to joins at lower management levels. They will not give anything and will expect a lot from you. At middle management nice place to be

Growth path and annual revision is very low. Too much gap in compensation for lower and high management. It's as if you are paying your manager from your income

ITC itself a brand and proved to be an employee in Company top class culture and employee benefits and HR policy’s are superb Top management and work environment was Outstanding Thanks to ITC

Compensation wise ok/ decent. Growth rate is little slow.. The work pressure is little high and same time Ihave to work late nights. But Overall good experience with ITC. Immediate reporting manager do not value an individuals. But Top management and HR policy’s are superb. Some times we use to get appreciation from Top management.

Toxic Management Poor work life balance High work stress Low salary No promotion/Appraisal Heavy cost cutting (Not even fixing a coffee machine) Too much office politics Managers always plays favourites Every manager has an affair within their teams.
