Work culture- people in the system for years are at higher levels and there is a toxic culture. They expect you to keep working sometimes ruthlessly even on holidays.

Their are no reason for dis like.... I think a little bit of mor think about spp of all categories.... Bcz plant have been grow up with hard working of those people.

Opportunity to work in various fields like category, Brands , channel , operations, HR and overall an excellent training ground. Great ethical company with outstanding work culture (slightly detoriating in last few years thou)
