... someone starting out their career as the behemoth deals with lot of categories. Salary at certain level are bit on lower side but additional perks make up for that gap. Culture depends on team you are in and how's your reporting manager.

Good homely work culture but needs to be full filled objective in specific time frame. Good promotion scope for right candidate. Transparent promotion scope as per HR methodologies.

ITC gives great badge value. Multy category knowledge. This company makes us master in 360 degree knowledge.

Very low pay if compares with peers. In salary revisions shows high drscripency in the case of seniors. Pathetic promotion modes.

A good company to work for, as the Management Team are very caring and understanding towards their employees with a lot of empathy. Work place culture is good, though at times working hours were long at times. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair a and they are good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

The is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow
