I like the company rules.it is decent company. Also salary was good and i learned more technical and safety rules. ITC takes care of staff and sub contractor's labours Life. I worked with energy and safety.

Just Brand name.

Dislikes

CTC and actually in-hand salary has very large gap 30-40%. They pay TA DA but included in CTC. Always have to be on field. Only suitable for those interested in FMCG job always on field. Not for weak hearted.

...g accommodation for third party employees in case of relocation to metro cities. Very difficult to sustain within only salary because of high cost of living at metro cities.
