Yearly Salary increment and appraisal not good, salary increased lower side and not achieved in yearly inflation rate. pramotion fully in boss hand ,boss ok your pramotion time ,but boss are not okay your promotion 5,6 year.

Itc is the good company for the Frasers . Arter joining get basic salary . After one year salary extend.
