Company has not communicated for appraisal along with STI (Short term incentive). Salary is too much lower according to profile or grade. After hike the salary suddenly, deducted the increased salary by next month payment. Which has not communicated. ITC Infotech has running like grocery Shop.

...all IT companies Appraisal is too bad. 3-5% is the average increment every year. Most of the employees are unhappy due to their low pay scale. No on site opportunities. No extra benefits.

You will never get the 2k hike in ITC INFOTECH

I was joined in 2014 at 3.24Lakhs package now its 2018.. my salary is 3.35 Lakhs. its not for me.. same as like remaining employees.. only higher grade people will get the hikes more than 60k per year. they will never care about executivs this is more than enough to dislike the company

Job is secure and nobody will care what you are doing unless you incomplete the work give to you

No career growth, no salary hike, no transport facility, hike is like 1% i. E;like 500rs increment per year.. Employee will lose self confidence.

- Work From Home Options - No Micro management - Salary on time - Reimbursement on broadband charges and ITC products - Job security is relatively better - Work-life balance is very good

Dislikes

- Only 60 days of Bench time - Projects and job role changes frequently - No appraisal communication by managers or HRs - Hike is much much below the market standards - So much manager driven, employees' opinion does not matter or even not considered -Manager's unnecessary monopoly
