Nice location inside Bangalore, but traffic now is a problem. Migration projects are good. Team is dedicated and professional. ITC limited brand benefits is ITC hotel 25% off.

...s negligible. Salary gets delayed by 6 months and no arrears are paid for those. There is no clear communication from HR on the performance rating or from immediate manager and once salary hike is credited we must assume rating. No power of HR and Managers are treated like third class citizen.

Work life balance is good. Compensation can be appreciated.

Appraisal process is very slow and delayed which cannot be purposeful for the next year. Ratings for Apr - Mar will be disclosed only in August. But, you will forced to set the goal before you know the last year feedback by June itself. Very less sponsorship for technical certification which discourage employees

Job Security is there unless you are a bad resource. They dont remove from project easily to anyone from PM, BA , Developer and QA areas Salary good compared to competitors. Too much onsite opportunity.

Work Life balance is screwed. Abusive work culture. Desi company.

- They will not know what to do with you. - Forget hikes and good increments. - The Management is clueless. - If you give an interview, don't chase after the HR because they will not roll out the offer letter even after you're selected and negotiations are done. Pathetic professionalism.

Low bonus , low appraisal, no much motivation, bonus and appraisals are not on time. Currently we are on September 2024 still last years appraisal is pending.
