...4 hours per day and some projects we are working in saturdays also for 6 months. No salary increments and no career growth we have to work like a buffalos. And no corporate style. Full politics and managers are also very old people they dont know anything but they are working till 15-20 years onwards.ITC infotech dont have a bench system also. When employee dont have any project employee goes to releive in one month. with improper information. over all my experince 2.5 years with ITC is very bad.

very worest company in Bangalore no work life balance. And no career growth.

Better compensation, good work life balance, permanent work from home

no long term projects, can be on bench every after 2-3 months, developers getting support projects and support guys forced to learn development

... use and throw. Never join this org even they lure you with initial good salary. Basic pay is poor. They don't have sustainable projects. Whether you are joining at leadership or junior level this company should be your last choice.

...y that if you don't get new project within two months you have to leave company. They will pay 3 months basic salary which is very less
