Work is less and they don't treat fresh as equal human being. Don't get proper leaves on hoildays even company provides the leave but team manager asks to work you. They ask to work on weekends and they provides 150 as a weekend allowance that's really a worst thing. They won't provide allowance for the internet for which we are working for them. Lot more are there but posting little bit here.

Dislikes

No benefits for the employees, don't pay over time pay but ask to work 12 hours. No net charges provided, even small compnies provides net allowance for their employees but ITC Infotech don't provide. No joining bonus provided by other other companies provides and encourages their employees. During festival time they offers discount on their employees for example 100 rupees chocolate will be sell for 99 rupees for ITC employee that's the discount we get. Lot more but having little bit here. Experience people don't join and lose your life one thing I recommend to you as a fresher.

- Only 60 days of Bench time - Projects and job role changes frequently - No appraisal communication by managers or HRs - Hike is much much below the market standards - So much manager driven, employees' opinion does not matter or even not considered -Manager's unnecessary monopoly

No promotion or recognition No salary hike Irresponsible/ negligent HR department No good project management No food benefits for ITC infotech employees Food court/ canteen was high in price comparatively

Likes

I don't like working at ITC Infotech. Salary is so low even after working and giving your best, and also getting awards and appreciations, they won't increase your salary and keep it only till 5 LPA for freshers even if you stay here for 4-5 years.

Dislikes

Everything. They never think about employees. They never increase your salary.

I am working on a project with very good collection of people in it. It depends on the project.

Dislikes

In past 3 years my salary has not increased 2000 rupees, even though I am working in a profit-making project with good performance.
