Nothing. Just have to work their to pay my expenses.

Dislikes

No job security, no work - life management, management force you to work for 13-14 hrd straight without any break, no promotion or even appreciation. Zero career growth if you are not close to managers.

(hotel division) The salary was quite low though it was as per industry standards.. there is zero work life balance.. you slog for 12+ hours daily for peanuts... The appraisal were very disappointing.. Your management focuses only on cost control even at the cost of your pay rise... Overall hotel industry is a big no until and unless there are pay as per working hours applied.. until then they will continue to exploit the manpower
