The company is open to inovetoin and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that market reliable, high - quality products and has a globle Clint base. I also like the employee rehire policy here

Culture is bit traditional. Still huge paperwork and stringent towards leaves and multiple hierarchy.

It's a good place to start your career. Lots of opportunity to learn and experience different facets of corporate life.

Dislikes

There's no transparency in appraisal system. People are force fitted into predetermined grades irrespective of the actual performance. It's 6 day working, so very difficult to maintain work life balance. It's full of toxic managers who are encouraged to carry forward that toxicity.
