Toxic work culture The way of working is very wrong, especially in Mars project, the workers are given low salary and no other allowance like bank petrol or annual bonus, they are made to work like a labourer.

No job security is there who want to join in ITC they are taking them as Trainee or Associate for 1 to 3 years. At the time of joining they recruit us as off role employee or team lease only they won't take you as permanent employee.

Dislikes

There is no growth and no job satisfaction and no salary satisfaction. They didn't clearly mention your role and responsibilities untill you joined.

1.Toxic culture 2.Expects 24/7 working 3.You have to take permission of Manager for your personal time even at night after 9'o clock. 4. They treat you like a slave more than an employee. (Particularly ABD) 5. Sometimes you are expected to stay whole night in the office for 4-5 months a year.

Having the opportunity to build contacts with other organisations, gain new skills, and handle vendors, accounts, and develop negotiation skills

Dislikes

Terrific workplace politics, no work-life balance, and unsupportive employees. This review is particular to my division

It is your time waste to join in ITC there is lot of work pressure no work life balance worst managers are there so it is better to join some other organization to get knowledge but in ITC there is only repetitive paper work of irrelevant departments.
