This firm works on no work no pay basis. Your salary is deducted for half day also. No mercy if you're sick or even if somebody dies. Long working hours such as 9.5 or 10 hours and even after that if needed you've to stay. You cannot have a life working over here. Too much of micro management, ill-treatment with staff. 0 benefits and even after that the management expects you to put your 100%. Sorry to say but this is not a place where anybody can work and not get depressed.

If you are present, you get paid. No employee benefits, no leaves of any sort. Toxic environment, poor management, ill treatment of employees, 10 hours of work is not enough for the "Boss", everyday humiliation. Depressing work place, no mental peace.
