It is a great experiance working with the italia group.Management is nice and supportive. I have been working since last 10 years. I have learn lots off thing in my tenure.

...the fact that I'm able to take my own decisions. Work culture is pretty chilled. Due to covid there was a deduction of salary in March, no salary paid in April & May at all. From June onwards the deductions are at 50%

Family business. Company policies are rigid & not employee friendly. Monthly conveyance comes after 3 months.

I have been working with this company for a long time and I have learned a lot from this company. Best company to learn and work. Best work culture and supportive management. Company have a beautiful product line and I love to sell this product. Management always stands in support of employees if any mistakes happen. Best culture, safe environment, supportive upper management, free work culture.

Nothing is major in Dislikes but the company needs to think about leave policies which are necessary for each employee.
