...the fact that I'm able to take my own decisions. Work culture is pretty chilled. Due to covid there was a deduction of salary in March, no salary paid in April & May at all. From June onwards the deductions are at 50%

Family business. Company policies are rigid & not employee friendly. Monthly conveyance comes after 3 months.

My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely , also there is good support from my reporting boss and the employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts
