This is the small pvt ltd firm which is involve in franchise business of it brand like, samsung, Ray-Ban,hp World exclusive retail chain . Company owner is supporting to employees like family members also they will recognise work, Work satisfaction,low sales pressure, Limited vc ,zoom calls,

Very less or no appraisal only if you are productive then only your elligible and also the appraisal is negligible. No esi , pi , pf. Very less scope for promotions. Very tight schedule no paid off.
