... like she owns the company and they are doing favor by answering your questions. They will stop your salary if you say you've put down papers even on salary day, but if salary is delayed they will take their time. Overall worst experience.

I joined in IT Trailblazers as a fresher. then it was completely good and love to work on weekends as well though its weekend. But later on management has been changed. and no care about employees. purely commercial minded and the whole management will play hide and seek like they know all the info early infact they will complaint to management regarding our progress if we go an complain their reaction was is it oh dear ! will sort it out. so those who are seeing my reviews am saying you one thing if you joined that company please be aware of all that things i ave mentioned earlier and later on after changing management they fired our team manager. we used to be around 18 people before new management and after new management we are 8 people and after firing my manager. they switched us to other team who are working with state client. and slowly we ave adopted that aswell and because of state client slow responses we dont get any placements on time soo then the management fired that manager aswell ! and here you go now the Daddy ki prince comes Miss Meghana Srinivas one of the worst manager i ave worked with she is 2 years older than me. and we work from hyderabad and she used to work form bengaluru. she dont respect any kind of aged recruiters aswell ! she used to assign requirements from other team we are officially 1 team client but she dont assign that requirements. actually here you people observe meghana is a recruiter but with no expreince even she not completed her exp in recruitment for 2 years management made her So called BDM based on Communication skill. and when its Friday Meghana is from Bengaluru right. She can have fun Friday but hyd team should not we need to work and they will enjoy on fun Friday. one of the main reason am out from that company is because of her assigned requirements and targets. see basically as a recruiter we need to talk to US Citizens for 2 min we need to say regarding the opportunity and should hung up the call and should continue conversations in email. but here meghana said we need to talk to citizens for 15 minutes. how can that even possible. and need to take some personal confidential documents form consultants regarding MSA . with out placement how can we ask them their personal documents for that there is an dedicated team who are taking salaries and doing work. so i have raised multiple complains to management and there is no response instead of warning her they Relieved our team. which we are happy. now the readers you decide moral of the story . we worked hard & smart there to give placements even the market was bad but no placements. because of meghana ego. we dont know is she submitted our resumes to client or not. now i ave joined other company like an year ago here am giving that productivity. finally we recruiters failed to survive in hyd office because of meghana because as i mentioned she is working from bengaluru she cant take care of us. she dont know what are we doing here soo she planned everything and tortured and she succeeded about not making any submissions. literally if she found any small font error on resume format. she will not accept that. one of the worst choice made by IT Trailblazers which is now bluecloud softech solutions pvt ltd hiring that stupid meghana or giving her bdm position.

I was given job security assurance and good work life balance, working from home since March 2020 and IT Trailblazers assured to extend work from home until things gets normal or vaccine is available. They started acquiring more companies and we will grow along with the company. With a change in management style, it's much better than earlier.

A few people are good in this company. Although they have serious money problems, they are trying to pay salaries.

Dislikes

Writing this review as basic to avoid getting identified bythe way of writing. Do not think I do not know to write proper language. Multiple management changes, they keep selling the company after Nani - founder retired sold to someone 2 other selling and new management keep coming Management has many issues no proper coordination. Just trying to survive by finding further investors. Vendor payment delays And delays in salary. No growth for anyone because top level managment have ego issues And organization divided into 2 parts. HR has no authority. It is joke to keep HR division in this company. PATHETIC Office space full mosquitoes Always onsite pressure {no remote flexibility} There is a guy called Janardhan who know nothing heading entire company HR, Finance someone who wont respond to any communication Everyone from management side use whatsapp for communication. They do not know to use email. This company operates like a local grocery shop. Old days are done. Finally, it is a sinking boat, they donot have money wont survive long. Everywhere liabilities, affected cash flow, salary delays, no budget for any team activities {not even a dinner, reward recognitions they keep away, partiality. Do not recommend this company.

Dislikes

Colleagues would not work together to achieve goals. It was like competition and individual task. I think a team to work together to achieve the goals
