The company provides a good platform for professionals to learn, grow and perform. The CEO is also quite helpful and cooperative. However, there is Zero Tolerance towards non performers!

Worst company ever worked. Worst work culture, no proper work management. Seniors not supportive. Totally unorganized, No proper timing. You don't have any work until US office opened and then you have to work for late night(I worked many times upto 2AM, as they provide the work at 11PM and asked to do it now)as per IST. Some people are there who had gallons of oils to give. If you want a unpeaceful life then join this company. For me, 10 days after joining, I felt, I made the biggest mistake to join here, and after 28 days I resigned from here and served 1 month Notice period.

I love working here as the company policies are employee-friendly, understanding management persons to deal with, and value the employee efforts. Allover a great work culture you will get here.

Dislikes

I am not saying I dislike it but the area for improvement is 'Leave Polices'. Rest everything is there that you could wish for in a great work environment.
