Job security and salary are the two main factors otherwise its a good company to work if these two will fixed would love to work in that again.

This organisation helps in knowledge and gives chance to learn. Co-operative culture and colleagues are helpful everytime. Everyone is understanding but complete the task at last they're paying you for work.

Dislikes

They should work on salary part and acknowledge the growth from 6 months to let employees get tenured. Paychecks in the end motivates the employee to stick with the organisation.

Company location and environment is good.

Worst thing is management persons. They are just demotivating employees. No career growth. You will yourself at same position in next 5 years. No monetary benefits as well.

I am a former employee of isys softech I worked with them for 1.5 years, environment of this company is too good , all supervisors are very friendly and so supportive , all you need to do is a good work and that's all, you will feel like home there.

Dislikes

only thing I dislike I is process is small but for growth you need to wait for long time but I think they are working on it once they got a big process then no other companies can beat isys bcz of the work culture.

Management is mentally handicapped Nepotism, zero gworth option, nothing about employee care, minimum appraisal, maximum workload, mentally harrasment of each emp to leave the job after 2 or 3 year.
