If you want to pursue your carrier in politics you should join this company. Very low and underrated working culture , people working here are treated as machine and all are mentally disturbed , the HR and the admin are worst they behave themselves as they own the company. Managers are bias and very dominating. They show up as they are very huge company and they are very good and successful but the reality is very different. 75% of the employees are on benching they hardly have any projects aligned Join this company if you really wanna remove your mental peace and learn politics. Do not get fascinated by seeing 5 star reviews on internet those reviews are given and told by the company management to put for every former employee

Good overall expect the environment

No proper culture. If you go as fresher you will be treated as college students.No difference between system admin and HR. They acts like they own the company some people acts more than there position. This disturbs the over all culture of the company. It makes mental stress . Over all it doesn't look we are working in an IT company again felt like going for college days . High authority people should look into that and change environment.

There are many things here are the few I'm listing down. 1. Huge politics all are Telugu and Tamil people they priority to those and give good appraisal. 2. In this company people are more interested in other's personal like 3. Fresher don't join this company take mutual contract for 3 years and if you want to leave they ask 3 lac payment HR and management are worst 4. Bad relieving we have to beg for this worst HR and Management 5. No proper facility in office they just market there company and show high profile over social media and linkedin 6. Technology they work on tool base which are too advance and too old difficult to get the job outside 7. They will demand employees to put good reviews over google Many more this is the truth of iSteer Mantra kindly read this before join If you write the truth people will delete the review

Company is a tibco partner and only works with Tibco based technologies. It should be communicated at the time of joining what the role and what the technology would be.
