Yes Im happy with my work but as I'm a contract employee so no job security ,work culture is good ,for contact employees no any facility and all

Dislikes

As I'm contract employee and im female employee Thier is no facility and proper leave for a single day if I apply one day sick leave my one day salary will be deducted it's terrible

it was great pleasure to being part of that such a good environment for year .. we saw a new world there . in our time three times satellites were launched . we are great-full of being infinitesimal part of that wonderful time. there we learned lot of things about our works and insides of ISRO . As mechanical we work for Antenna related works.the scientist we met there just one word is awesome. such a wonderful and brilliant peoples. its always lifetime memory for us

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
