I am very much satisfied with my work-life balance with iSource, I am happy that the management would listen to us on any suggestions on executing work-related tasks. iSource believes and supports hard work and provides job security. The company has an excellent cultural atmosphere and provides career growth and opportunities for all hard-working employees, equally.

Not much of a dislike. However, it would be much helpful if iSource could work on providing better compensation and benefits for the employee.

The worst mistake in my career was to join this bunch of morons. Didn't get pay in time. Joined somewhere else, they gave Falsified info for Background verification. They will soon shutdown their business.

Worst company ever seen. No offer letter for 1 yr. No co ordination. Zero support. They create their own policies as and when required. Never even think of joining here.

...quit. Only word of mouth. Nothing will be given on papers. Zero support from HR. Never get salary on time. If you fight for your pay, they send negative feedback for any verification from your next company. Worst ever company.
