Employee salary Package is not reviewed properly by yearly. Much poor to concern about employee salary. They don't bother about the employee salary

No work life balance work all seven days for low pay no extra benefits no proper canteen no care taken on employees .it is not like IT organizations

very worst team management,very demotivating mangers and team lead , they are not help to juniors . very very worst experience, you are the job seekers kindly ignore this type of toxic environment

No recognition, no awards or appreciation, and no review for years, but they force us to do shift extensions and day extensions, should be available all the time, and should not have family or personal time. This applies to all the levels and will take personal revenge. This is like we slave & pledged for years. People see no growth and management never invests time for employee growth (no training, no rewards and recognition, no incentives, etc.). If you leave, they will drag your F&F settlement or they will not provide an experience letter. An open threat is that they will not clear background checks if we join another company. They use the strategy of keeping you long time, so your age will be a barrier to joining elsewhere. Sincere advice to all "Please do not join and become a slave". If somebody is flagging employee concerns to corporate, they will be immediately sacked. KARMA WILL ANSWER TO THE OWNERS.
