.... 1. If you're applying for the freelance editor role, do not. Absolutely don't. The pay is so low, it's pathetic. My friends started piting me. One friend started making fun of me, for accepting this job. Let's just say, there's no fixed amount. It depends on the amount of work you do. I never made more than 2,000rs. I worked 6 days a week BTW. 2. While the superiors are amazing, the people working under them are horrible. I talked to other freelance editors and their experience was the same. So, I'm not the only one who want through it. To put it shortly, they are a little psychotic. 3. The expectations. Buddy, if you're paying me peanuts, don't expect me to give my 100%. Times are changing, you can't pay someone 1500 rs PER MONTH and expect them to do everything. This is 2025. Not 1925. Calm down, stop complaining. Be grateful that some students are even accepting such low paying job. If you're thinking about working here as an editor. Don't. I promise you, you are worth more than this. If you're from iSN, fix your mindset and have some shame. You act like you own the company or something, you're just a puny employee, why do you act like you're the CEO?
