I fill the satisfied ,but electrical equipment needs update ,,it's a old version PLC and SCADA ,CONTACTIOR LOGIC .

Salary package not as per experience of electric field ... Needs improvement in salary structure..

The employees in the company are friendly and helpful. The plant is a good kick start for career in steel industry.

Appraisal is not up to mark. The juniors join on a salary more than the seniors in plant. Care for the employees is overseen.

There is no restriction about your work area. You have full freedom to take decisions on your own. This allows us to improve our technical skills along with decision making.

No timely appraisals. Huge unbalance between qualifications, responsibility, experience and salary.

This is my first company, trough college campus selection I came here. It is grateful to say that this organization given me all training & workable experience which is essential for my gain knowledge & career growth also. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various states from India hence I stay here with different culturals & also they all are very helpful so we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

...r management had doing parcelity for appraisal, but honest employee frustrated. No right salary for right candidate, Peoples working long time looking on their personal growth. No control on security ,theft , stores most horrible, as am worked for 2 years ,no system implications. All system adjustment, top management never looking there,
