No like in work cultural, headache of workman politics,Casteism from maratha caste people to other all .

Dislikes

Lot of pollution of rolling mill, De -oxidation powder and graphite powder.No basic need provided by company ,in rolling mill. Ex - 1) Drinking Water. 2) Toilet. 3)Wash basin. 4) Changing room. 5) cupboard. 6) office room.

Dislikes

There is always job threat even to hardworker. Monopoly and groupings at higher level management (above Sr. manager). Anticipating work from lower grades but no value addition from upper grades. No innovative thinking.
