Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Associate Director do lots of politics & back beaching, if u r against her, she will make plan to sack u out from company with fake errors in work against u. If u obey what she want, u will be promoted else u will be on same position for ages. Associate Director will also take personal grudges and will try to remove from company without prior notice. Even if u raise complaint to HR, they will against u. HR will not listen to u
