The timing of the company is from 8 o clock to 5'o clock, it is very good. If there is some emergency, then the gate pass is available on time, I also like this

Great management,, worked 2.5 years in this company never feeled frustrated from the management Yeah there is some things which needs to be improvised by management but hey it's job place you can't expect everything to be 100℅

Some unworthy guy are getting much attention and hardworking people's are getting ignored when it comes to appraisal and promotion

HR with a team from the lower employees does not take any advice or suggestion from them that higher employees do at work place. Is doing for the responsibilities of the department. Because of which higher employees do not fulfill their responsibility properly.

In this organization a good work culture with good behavior also their are no risk point for job ,all employee are satisfy with job security and company culture .

After a long time spent with same position also promotion chances is not achieve timely that's why employee is not satisfy for carrier growth & skill improvement
