There is only corruption ,I have been dropped two times from the selection list of Assistant professor (substantive) positions , even after after coming at top 3rd position in the merit list , also faced the interview very nicely , I was dam sure I got the substantiative position , when the results have been declared , they selected the candidate which were at 24th , 28, 32, 35th position in the merit list, also while gaining the info. From various sources the experts who were in the selection panel were pre-booked. Such a worst university I have never come across in my life . The Vc's who are running the university belonging are mostly corrupt.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
