Worst company to work They do not pay to employees on time, salary date vary month to month. How will they pay vendors Internet service is very bad No customer care Once the service is provided no taking care customer issue

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.managers do not valuean individuals'unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also,there is no on-job training for Freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

No proper tools to pull necessary reports and also no records for customer PO end dates and most importantly review taken by cross functional head and shared his inputs with respect to his functions

This is the lala company culture. Hire and Fire in 3 month process only. Does not matter you have strong cases for closer.They only want to close OB with in 3 month otherwise they will terminnate you.

Issues of local level because Retails mkt is very big but very slow expand of infra and not given good opportunity to old staff and performers staff.
