A place where I explore my creativity as an English Teacher to the best extent possible. My efforts, commitment and integrity as a teacher is never doubted. So that I feel like giving my best without being the victim of the conspiracy or hatred or leg-pulling nature of my colleagues or that of my immediate superiors like the Principal of the school. I am all in all in my department and everything regarding my deptt is executed with my consent.

Salary part is a bit demotivating. No facility to satiate my desire for achieving higher qualifications like CELTA, DELTA etc.

Not at all .they don't provide salary even they are taking full fees by students with increment but no salary since two months. Worst experience .

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
