Bad work environment only political management are there no job security for new joiner only job security for old employees who are related to owner

Political environment and old employees hire only their respective and owner don't know what happens and if owner want to review new employees at that time higher authorities Seattle all the things to hide their affection and no growth no job security and no management address our issue they were support wrong things and play with athics....

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
