I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

...management, sab sale apne hisab se months me kabhi bhi rules change karte hai ..no tym par salary ho thi hai ..Everything ..all old staff attitude is very bad .khas kar ke accounts me ek sab churail bhade pade hai ... I suggest for every new ,if u love ur family please don't not join Isha aagro ..bcz no job sequerity..

Everything, from culture to work-life balance. No support from your seniors and other departments untill and unless they are not going to get scolded by the boss. Management is in single hand and too in the hands of arrogant boss. Work here untill you get a good opportunity as you don't get to enhance any skills nor you have chance to grow.

... in company. Designation is insulted and wont be able to put up your suggestion. Salary paid high and than they dont even have genuine reason and depart us from company. Company is just doing time pass and wasting time and life both.

In Isha agro co. Most of Top management of Illiterate People( Bhaiye log )

Dislikes

In isha agro co. most of top management full of illiterate people ( Bhaiye log).do their personal work if you not they keep threatening to leave the job.as if his own father company. in top management everyone does their own thing . I suggest please do not join this company if you love your family and self respect specially in corona time.
