Very dirty politics in company. Designation is insulted and wont be able to put up your suggestion. Salary paid high and than they dont even have genuine reason and depart us from company. Company is just doing time pass and wasting time and life both.

Well there's nothing to like much about it. Just to add experience in your CV you can join this company. You get your salary on time that's it.

Everything, from culture to work-life balance. No support from your seniors and other departments untill and unless they are not going to get scolded by the boss. Management is in single hand and too in the hands of arrogant boss. Work here untill you get a good opportunity as you don't get to enhance any skills nor you have chance to grow.
